Farmers are amongst the most vulnerable and affected communities exposed to the effects of climate change and climate variabilities. This story is about how climate change and climate variabilities have affected bee farming in the coastal region of Taita Taveta, Kenya.

Bees are responsible for the pollination of over three-quarters of food varieties globally. Their significant role in food and nutrition security cannot be overlooked even as climate change threatens their survival.

Bee Farmers in Taita Taveta are lamenting over losses they have been incurring due to climate change which has changed their bee business.
